Background Information

Chile is a popular New World wine growing region for good reason.The wide diversity of soils allows for different varietals to grow in ideal conditions. Warm summer days with cool winds at night create deep red wines which are bright and flavorful, finished with smooth round tannins.

Tasting Notes

The ruby red color wine has aromas of ripe plums and cherries. You will find elegant hints of toasted wood on the palate. We suggest serving at 64 F., with red meat and a variety of cheeses.
